Win 7 Startup Problem

okay for the past like 4 days everytime i start my computer up this shows up n stays on the screen for like 10 mins then it says configure failed or something like that n shows me my login screen n for the past few days every time i shut down my comp it updates i mean that normal but not this frequently n it usually doesnt take 10 min n it stays on 0% the whole time
help wud be much appreciated
